Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. These policies protect your results, your trainer's schedule, and the clients booked after you — and they leave room for when life genuinely happens.

24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling

24h notice

Because your session time is reserved exclusively for you, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule.

More than 24 hours' notice: reschedule or cancel at no cost.

Less than 24 hours' notice: we'll always try to be flexible, but a late cancellation without a valid extreme circumstance may be charged.

Extreme circumstances — the "life happens" clause. No fee, rescheduled at no cost, if you need to cancel due to:

  • Illness — you or a child/dependent are unwell.
  • Injury — any sudden limitation that makes training unsafe.
  • Transport — unforeseen vehicle issues or major transit delays.
  • Emergencies — critical family or personal situations.

No-Show Policy

Full fee

A no-show is failing to arrive for a scheduled session without any prior communication. Consistency is key to your results, and a no-show takes away a slot another client could have trained in.

The penalty: you'll either forfeit the session (if pre-paid) or be charged 100% of the session fee.

Late Arrival

Time is fixed

Time is fixed. If you arrive late, your session still ends at the originally scheduled time. A 10:00 session where you arrive at 10:15 still wraps at the planned finish.

Safety first. More than 15 minutes late and the session may be shortened or modified at the trainer's discretion — skipping a proper warm-up raises injury risk, so we prioritise safety over intensity.

The 20-minute cutoff. More than 20 minutes late without prior notice is treated as a no-show: the session is cancelled and the full fee forfeited or charged.

Full fee applies. However late you arrive, the full cost of the booked session remains due — you've reserved the time slot, not just the reps.

Session Expiration

30 / 60 days

To keep you consistent and progressing, all training packages expire from the date of purchase:

  • Single sessions — must be used within 30 days.
  • Session packs — must be used within 2 months (60 days).

Unused sessions after the expiry date are forfeited. Extensions may be granted at the trainer's discretion for extreme circumstances (injury, extended illness, emergencies) if requested before the expiry date.

Refunds

All sales final

Because time is allocated to your program and schedule in advance, the following terms apply.

All sales are final. Payments for single sessions, packages and digital programs are non-refundable. Refunds aren't issued for change of mind or lack of use.

Non-transferable. Sessions and packages can't be gifted or sold to another person without prior written consent.

Exceptions. Partial refunds or credits may be considered at the trainer's sole discretion for:

  • Permanent medical disability — with a licensed physician's documentation that you can no longer participate in physical activity.
  • Relocation — moving more than 15 km from the training location (proof of address change required).
  • Trainer cancellation — if we can't fulfil the remainder of your package, a prorated refund for unused sessions is issued.

As noted above, expired sessions aren't refundable.
